To enroll students in your KAO Chapter, kindly fill out this form and send a check with the total registration fee to Dr. Kevin Hickey at Assumption College, Director of the Department of Global Studies, located at 500 Salisbury Street, Worcester, MA, 01609. Please ensure that the check is made payable to the “Interdisciplinary Environmental Association

Kappa Alpha Omicron Student Registration fee is a one time fee of $40.00
